Key Features/Application

l EHC-CTS series precision current transformer adopts patent No. CN102709042B “a kind of current transformer” 

       The measurement accuracy is: 0.01, 0.005, 0.002, high stability, low temperature drift, mainly used for AC

       current measurement instrument

l Compared with conventional current transformer, CTS series precision current transformer has the advantages of:

(1)   High accuracy: 0.01, 0.005, 0.002, or higher precision level.

(2)   Low temperature drift: normal temperature, high temperature (+85 degrees), and low temperature (-40 degrees) conditions, the basic measurement error is constant, temperature drift coefficient can be selected according to the requirements of  25ppm/15ppm/10ppm/5ppm/ .

(3)   The error of current transformer caused by the heat effect is zero.

(4)   The output voltage signal strength of current transformer can be customized according to user requirementswhen the maximum input current.

Instructions:

CTS series current transformer is a three terminal output current transformer, in which the red line is the positive pole of current output, the black line is the ground wire, and the white line is the negative pole of current output. When using, the current sampling resistance R1 shall be connected between the red line [positive pole of current output] and the black line [ground wire], the current sampling resistance R2 and the current sampling resistance R1 shall be connected between the white line [negative pole of current output] and the black line [ground wire] The equivalent resistance is the current sampling resistance R2, and the precision level of the resistance is 0.1% or higher. It is recommended to adopt high-precision low-temperature drift resistance such as 25ppm / ℃, 15ppm / ℃, 10ppm / ℃, 5ppm / ℃.





Measurement error accuracy test:

Active measurement error test data: In = 1.5A, Imax=6A

Accuracy class of measuring and calibration platform is 0.03%
